This experience was unlike any other. Absolutely the best massage I've ever had in my life. The craniosacral therapy is so incredibly lovely, I went to a whole other plane. It was bliss. Emily, you are truly an artist and a healer. 

Emily is magic! I've been seeing Emily at Golden Hour Healing Arts for a little over a year now.  Every time I come to her table, I'm sore, exhausted and feel out of touch with my body. When I get off her table I feel transformed into a better version of myself, much calmer, more zen, and better able to cope with the week ahead. My body feels relaxed, released and restored. I highly recommend Emily Lancaster to anyone searching for a massage therapist. I try to see her once a month and she has become so essential to my selfcare and mental health. Truly one of the best hours of my week. Emily is truly gifted and intuitive. She offers a spa like experience with lots of hot towels. She often finds trouble spots that I didn't know where there. She has extensive knowledge or the body and I completely trust her. She is always helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about her!

Emily is a wonderful massage therapist. She seems to understand intuitively where the aches and pains are and is really helpful in addressing them. Her space is easy to get to in Carrboro and the environment she has created is soothing and welcoming.
