The studio is located at 309 W Weaver Street, Suite 200 in Carrboro. From West Weaver Street,  directly across from Lindsay Street, turn into one of the gravel roads on either side of Westown Salon. We are directly behind the red and lime green building in a royal blue two-story building. 

Please, enter through the red door, once inside it will take you up a flight of stairs. At the top, go through the first door on the left to enter Suite 200. This is a shared work space. Golden Hour is in the office straight ahead, you will see our sign. Feel free to quietly make yourself comfortable in the lounge before or after your session. 

We have limited official parking, ideally, you will find a space underneath our building.  For the time of our session, you are welcome to park anywhere in the farther side of the large gravel lot behind the PARcycles and Aki Hana. If those spots are all full, please, do not park in either of the two rows that just across our building, those spaces are reserved for neighboring businesses. If necessary, less than one block from our office is a municipal parking just next to Sparrow Plumbing on West Weaver Street. Please, allow plenty of time to sort parking and arrive as scheduled for your appointment. 

Please, help by sticking to our scheduled time-frame on either side of the appointment.  If you are late to your appointment, the session will have to run shorter and you will be expected to pay the full amount of our originally scheduled exchange. Arriving a bit early to complete brief paperwork is encouraged for your first session. Golden Hour has a comfortable lounge with hot tea available, you are welcome to come early and relax afterwards. 

Golden Hour Healing Arts adheres to a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event of less than 24 hours of notice for a cancellation, you will be responsible to pay the entire amount of your originally scheduled service. This policy includes your first services and any sessions that are confirmed within the 24 hour window. If you cancel within 24 hours for an appointment booked with a Gift Certificate, you will unfortunately forgo your gift.

If you have been sick, I ask that you cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice to mitigate spreading any illness. This includes fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore or scratchy throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or gastrointestinal disturbances. When in doubt, please, be cautious and reach out with as much notice as possible. Happy to reschedule when you are fully recovered.

Recipients are asked to bring their certificate to the appointment in order to redeem it. Please, note that sessions booked using a gift certificate are subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy. Gift certificates are non-transferable and good for one year. Recipients are encouraged to plan their appointments sooner than later to avoid any disappointment of the schedule being full before their certificate is set to expire. Thank you!
