"Wisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything. And between the two my life flows." - Nisargadatta Maharaj
The golden hour is that liminal space between day and night when the sky becomes magical. Whether it's sunrise or sunset, these golden hours are some of Emily’s favorite moments. Through her work, she hopes to give you the same peaceful, easy feelings that accompany such beautiful occasions.
It's an exquisite moment to just be present. Slow down, reflect and be grateful. Let life feel uncomplicated and copacetic as the warm, golden honey colors envelop you. Allow your breath to deepen and your eyes to soften as a gentle smile washes over your face.
It doesn’t matter if you are coming in for deep tissue, deep relaxation or even deeper healing - the intentions for our session will be similar. You will have the chance to let go of stress and give your nervous system a well-deserved break. Come home to yourself and step into the world with a more open and content heart.
Let yourself glow with the radiance that comes from an overflowing of peace, love and happiness felt from deep within your soul.
Let it be easy.

Emily directed Ixora for several years before moving on to work as assistant manager for the beautiful Saba Rock Resort.
